We found Nicole was always easy to talk to and approachable about anything we wanted to change or incorporate. On the day, she made us feel like we'd definitely made the right decision in choosing her - she was on time, sensitive to an emotional bride and genuinely happy for us. She was very well spoken, with a great sense of humour and always kept us informed of what was going on in the lead up to the ceremony and on the day. It was clear she really loves her job and her sincerity makes her presence effortless.
